At Splash Ops™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in their original packaging
  • Be in resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
